“Dear International School Savremena, I would hereby like to share some spectacular news with you!”
This sentence is the opening of the letter sent to the school by Katarina Kinđić. The news that she wishes to share is that she has been accepted to the most distinguished Business programme in Germany – the one at the University of Mannheim.
In her letter, she further states that, upon graduation, she decided to take a gap year to develop her academic and interpersonal skills through an intercultural internship in Prague.
After the rich experiences she had there, Katarina decided to continue her education and professional development in Germany. She also thanks the school for providing her with the knowledge and skills that helped her in her scholarly advances.
Savremena – a gateway to international success
Katarina Kinđić was one of the first students who graduated from International School Savremena. Here she excelled in both academic and extracurricular activities, all of which contributed to her receiving the prestigious title of the best student of her generation and the Crystal heart.
Katarina’s effort and success throughout her secondary education have been recognised by the wider public as well. Her story was told by the Blic daily newspaper in the section titled The future of Serbia.
We would like to congratulate Katarina on her accomplishments and we hope that she will be equally as successful in her future endeavours.
