Ljubica Krstić

Head of Social Sciences and Languages Department, Ljubica Krstić, graduated from the English Language and Literature Department at University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philology. Ljubica participated in numerous workshops and projects about language teaching and she worked in several schools in Belgrade, teaching students of different ages and nationalities.

Ljubica is responsible for the academic programme, the schemes of work and the organisation of teaching for the following subjects: English, Spanish, French, German, History, Geography, Sociology, Business, Economics, Global Perspectives, as well as Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award programme. Ms Ljubica is also our Exams Officer, in charge of planning, organising and administering the Cambridge exams.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, doing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Contemporary in any sense of the word, our school offers functional knowledge and quality preparation for tertiary education in Serbia and abroad. Implementing modern and creative teaching in the classroom, where the teachers’ pedagogy and students’ performance are aligned with the highest academic standards for the high-school finals, our school develops linguistic, mathematical, scientific, artistic, cultural, technical and ICT competence, which is a prerequisite for further education and professional development. Teaching is supported by the interactive whiteboards and educational software, whereas practice exercises research and critical thinking.
