  • raising awareness on the importance of sustainable development, environmental protection, environmental ethics and wildlife conservation;

  • creating a system of attitudes, beliefs and values, a sense of personal and national identity, a sense of national  belonging, while honouring and cultivating the Serbian language, tradition and culture as well as those of ethnic minorities and foreign nationals, promoting multiculturalism, cherishing and conserving cultural heritage;
  • supporting diversity, equality and tolerance in terms of race, nationality, cultural background, spoken language, religion, gender, sex and age;
  • raising the education level and aiding the development of the Republic of Serbia as knowledge society;
